    The site does not store card details, which are processed securely by the relevant payment gateways.

  3. Allow the owner of the selected boat to contact the customer directly for payment and service management;

  • Online payment processors: PayPal Holdings Inc., Stripe Inc., or equivalents;
  • Accountants or tax advisorsof the owner, if required by law.

  • Reservation data: up to5 years(tax obligation);
  • Contact details and information requests: up to12 months;
  • Anonymous statistical data: in accordance with Google Analytics policies.

Once the terms have expired, the data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Transfers to non-EU countries

Some providers (e.g., Google LLC, PayPal) may also process data outside the European Economic Area.
